This is a B-Vitamin Complex that is in liquid drop form so that it is easy to take under your tongue and is just as strong as a B-12 injection. great value, works great

I've previously had to use B12 injections. Lets face it. No one likes shots and when the doctor told me to change over to pills, I was super thrilled. Pills though aren't coated and as such tend to get stuck on your tongue or trying to swallow them is difficult. I tried sublingual pills next but they don't always disappear under the tongue 100% and to be completely honest my energy level has gone down since the injections. Which could be a result of taking less or it could be they're not working as well. So I purchased this B12 liquid. It contains Folic Acid which apparently is important to have with B12. It also comes in a nice orange flavor and let me say it's sweet but quite good. I'm a picky eater and don't mind the flavor at all. Not sure if it works better than the pills yet, I'm only on day 2 but the taste isn't bad at all.
It will enhance your diet...

These drops are easy to use and taste good (citrusy taste). I am using them along with the HCG drops on the HCG diet and I feel more energy on this round of the diet than I did my first round without taking B12.

I love the product but it is fairly expensive. It works very well but maybe a less expensive B-vitamin complex would work just as well. I do like the energy it gives me and the mental clarity and focus.

When I take these drops, it reminds me of the B injections I used to get from my doctor. I even take a little more than 1cc sometimes before a very long work-day. Works for me like a charm.

Great vitamin drops I would recommend to everyone! Leave the sugary, unhealthy energy drinks alone. These drops work so much better anyway...

You get 1200 mcg B12 per dose (200 times the RDA), which is more than most and almost certainly ample unless tests suggest you have severe malabsorption problems. In addition, you get at least 100% of your RDA for riboflavin, niacin, B6, and pantothenic acid. It's easy to take, with a neutral flavor and 1ml dose (some liquids are as much as 5ml per dose, meaning they are hard to take and very expensive per dose). It's also cheap (and it's free-shipping eligible). I have to take B12 daily, and I've tried several methods, including shots, tablets, and liquids. This is my favorite.
A great way to go.

This is a quality B complex, easy to take, mildly and pleasantly flavored. Well priced. Be aware that the included dropper type measure in the cap drips a little so lean over and don't get this stuff on your clothes, it's iodine colored. I'm pleased with this supplement.

I tried caffeine pills and other B vitamin tablets but nothing comes close to the amount of energy I get from these B drops. It has improved my performance at work, at home, and at the gym.

I purchased the b vitamins the same time I started my hcg diet. It is a little pricey separately but I felt immediately that it was working and giving me extra energy I did not have before. Price could be a little better but the product is amazing.

I love this B vitamin supplement although it is quite overpriced. I'd give it 5 stars if the price improved. The product works great though and gives me lots of energy!

I work out and run and I need a supplement that brings my energy level up. Energy drinks work okay but they are usually really sugary and coffee simply increases my blood pressure. I gave this B vitamin supplement a try and it gave me the best boost I have ever experienced and my concentration was bettered too. I will keep ordering this!

This B vitamin drop is so much better than what you can get at the store. It must be very concentrated because I would take it in the morning and it would give me the best energy jolt throughout the entire day.

This combination of B vitamins helped me so much to get through my HCG diet. I did the 21 day program and used this Total B supplement to support my body through such a difficult diet. It really helped me to regain energy and not feel tired. I am done with sugary energy drinks and shots that are horrible for my body and don't even really work.
