I must admit I was skeptical at first. In fact I researched for six months prior and finally said to my self "what are you waiting for?" So I started my first round. In 27 days I lost 27 lbs at 189 after loading to 162 lbs. During the next few weeks I continued to loose 2 extra pounds and never gained an ounce back. I was so in love I just started another round and am 10 lbs from my goal. I'm still on the round but I started on Tuesday July 3rd today it's Saturday July 14th and I'm down 21 lbs including my loading days gain. I couldn't be happier! I haven't been this skinny since High School! The new meal replacement shakes are amazing! I believe they add to my huge success this round. I encourage anyone who has dieted before and failed to try this. It really works the only catch you have to make it work. You definitely need the motivation and determination to stay focused and reach your goal. Life is amazing now! I wish everyone who tries has great success like I did. 1- Was it harder/easier than you expected?
I think it was what I had expected since I did a lot of research and planned it out ahead of time.
2- What was the hardest part?
The hardest part was the first week and avoiding cravings.
3- What kept you going?
Stepping on the scale and always seeing a lower number. Not to mention the compliments!

Stepping on the scale.

Grilled chicken and spinach as a salad. The meal replacement shakes were awesome too!
6- What advice would you recommend to someone starting out? It's not for everyone. If you're stressed or have lack of motivation at this time don't start it yet. You must be motivated and committed to this diet otherwise you'll fail the diet.

This round I planned poorly right in the middle of my vacation so I'm stopping few days before and returning back in 3 weeks.

Apple days! Which were much easier then I thought!

The same as anyone would feel if they lost 27 lbs in 27 days then 21 pounds on top of that pretty damn happy!
11- Would you do it again?
In a heartbeat!
12- Why do you think some people don't stick it out?
Too much stress and not enough motivation and time to commit to a structured die.
13- How did you stay motivated halfway through?
Looked at my before and now pics always helped!
14- Have you ever done any other diets? What have you previously done to lose weight?
Yes I've done them all I think but I had thyroid issues (which have now gone away thanks to hcg) even with strenuous workouts I'd barely loose anything.
15- How did the HCG diet compare?
The pounds shed off instead of slowly melting away.
16- Overall, how would you best describe your experience?
The best decision I've ever made!
