My Story of How I Lost 18.8 lbs in 26 days
My name is Hank and here is my daily log of everything I ate and such while on the HCG diet. 
 
Day 1: Wed. Feb 22: Weight 222.8
 
Breakfast: 4 fried eggs w yolks, 1 Tbs coconut oil, 1 bowl Life cereal, 1/2 cup 2% milk.
Snack: Homemade sugar cookie.
Lunch: (I had a really itchy nose and already didn't feel very hungry, but ate well.) Panda Express chow mien and fried rice, sweet fire chicken, beijing beef, chicken and string beans, 1 fortune cookie, water.
Snack: 1 oatmeal raisin cookie and a handful of Hot Tamales. 
Dinner: 17 chicken wings from Buffalo Wild Wings, 2 flavored lemonades, ~100 oz water. 
 
Day 2: Thursday Feb 23: Weight 225.6
 
Breakfast: 5 scrambled eggs with cheese, 12 oz OJ.
Lunch: Double Double from In-n-Out w/grilled onions and fries, strawberry shake.
Snack: Cereal bar, 4 Tbs peanut butter.
Dinner: 5 boiled eggs, 1 doughnut, 1.5 Tbs butter.
 
Day 3: Friday Feb 24: Weight: 227.0
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea
Lunch: HCG Egg Salad, 1 piece wasa bread.
Snack: 1 orange.
Dinner: 1 bowl cabbage soup.
Snack: 1 small apple.
Total water: 100 oz.
Today I got a headache every time I ate. I didn't feel hungry until about 7:30pm.
 
Day 4: Saturday Feb 25:Weight: 223.0
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.  
Lunch: Chicken lettuce taco, 1 small cucumber, 1 wasa bread.
Snack: 1 orange.
Dinner: 4 baked chicken tenders.
Total water: 100 oz.
Headache decreased significantly, but was still only present when I was eating. 
 
Day 5: Sunday Feb 26: Weight: 221.4
 
Breakfast: 3 egg whites fried in water, 1 whole fried egg.
Lunch: 4 asparagus stalks, 1 grapefruit, 1 orange, 1 wasa bread.
Dinner: Chicken taco with lettuce.
Total water: 100 oz.
No headache today.
 
Day 6: Monday Feb 27: Weight: 220.8
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: 1 wasa bread, 1 bowl cabbage soup.
Snack: 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum, 1 apple.
Dinner: Taco salad, 1 banana.
Total water intake: 100 oz. 
Rode my bike on a trainer for 20 minutes after dinner, mild/moderate pace.
 
Day 7: Tuesday Feb 28: Weight: 219.4
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: Taco salad
Snack: 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum, 1 banana.
Dinner: Homemade protein burger, 1 banana.
Total water intake 90 oz.
After dinner attended Korn concert. Some light jumping.
 
Day 8: Wednesday Feb 29: Weight: 216.6
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: HCG egg salad, 1 wasa bread, 1 cucumber in vinegar.
Snack: 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum, 1 banana.
Dinner: 2 baked chicken tenders, 1 cup spinach salad, 1 apple.
Total water intake 110 oz.
 
Day 9: Thursday March 1: Weight: 216.6
 
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: 3 HCG hotwings, 3 sticks celery.
Snack: 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum.
Dinner: 3 baked chicken tenders, 3 broccoli flowers. 
Total water intake: 100 oz. 
 
Day 10: Friday March 2: Weight: 215.2
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: 3 HCG hot wings, 4 stalks asparagus.
Snack: 1 apple, 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum.
Dinner: Steak strips with lettuce, 1 banana.
Total water intake: 110 oz.
 
Day 11: Saturday March 3: Weight: 215.2
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: Kung Pao shrimp, 1 apple.
Dinner: 1 In-n-Out protein burger, 1 banana.
Total water intake: 100 oz. 
 
Day 12: Sunday March 4: Weight: 213.6
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: 10 Pieces shrimp and lettuce, 1 apple.
Dinner: .25 pounds flank steak strips and lettuce, 1/2 banana.
Total water intake: 80 oz.
 
Day 13: Monday March 5: Weight: 213.8
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: .25 pound flank steak strips and lettuce.
Snack: 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum, 1 apple.
Dinner: taco salad, 1 banana.
Total water intake: 100 oz. 
 
Day 14: Tuesday March 6:Weight: 212.0
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: .25 pound flank steak and lettuce.
Snack: 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum, 1 orange.
Dinner: 3 baked chicken tenders, 1/2 cup cauliflower mash, 1 grapefruit. 
Total water intake 110 oz. 
No exercise tonight. 
 
Day 15: Wednesday March 7: Weight: 212.6 
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 1 wasa bread, 3 stalks celery.
Snack: 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum, 1 apple.
Dinner: 1/2 pound taco meat, 1 banana.
Total water intake: 100 oz.
 
Day 16: Thursday March 8: Weight: 211.6
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea, 4 boiled eggs only 1 yolk.
Lunch: 1 wasa bread, 3 celery stalks.
Snack: 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum, 1 orange. 
Dinner: 2 baked chicken tenders, 1/2 cup mashed cauliflower.
Total water intake: 100 oz. 
No exercise tonight. 
 
Day 17: Friday March 8: Weight: 210.6
 
Breakfast: 5 eggs fried in water, 2 yolks, 24 oz herbal tea.
Snack: 1 banana.
Lunch: 1 banana 1/2 cup mashed cauliflower, .25 pound taco meat, 1 orange.
Dinner: Arby's roast beef, no bun. 
Total water intake: 125 oz. 
Went on a mild 16 mile bike ride during the day. 
 
Day 18: Saturday March 9: Weight: 210.6
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: 1/3 cup cottage cheese, baked peppers and cottage cheese.
Snack: 1 apple.
Dinner: Chicken apple salad.
Total water intake 80 oz.
 
Day 19: Sunday March 10: Weight: 208.6
 
Breakfast: 24 oz herbal tea.
Lunch: 3 baked chicken tenders.
Dinner: Taco salad, 1 baked apple.
Total water intake: 100 oz. 
 
Day 20: Monday March 11: Weight: 207.8
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: Chicken apple salad, 1 orange.
Dinner: 4 oz. steak, grilled peppers and onions, 6-8 steamed green beans, 1 banana.
Total water intake 100 oz. 
 
Day 21: Tuesday March 12: Weight: 206.6
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: Homemade protein burger, 1 wasa bread.
Snack: 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum, 1 orange.
Dinner: 2 steak kabobs, 3 strawberries, 1 banana.
30 minute moderate bike ride. 
Total water intake: 110 oz.
 
Day 22: Wednesday March 13: Weight: 206.2
 
Breakfast: 24 oz. herbal tea.
Lunch: Arby's roast beef, no bun.
Snack: 1 piece Extra sugar-free gum, 1 apple.
Dinner: Homemade protein burger, 12-15 blueberries, 1 stalk celery, 1 banana.
Total water intake: 100 oz. 
 
Day 23: Thursday March 14: Weight: 205.8
 
Breakfast: 24 oz herbal tea. 
Lunch: Homemade protein burger, 1 wasa bread, 1 apple.
Snack: 1 orange.
Dinner: 4 baked chicken tenders, 1 cucumber, 1 banana.
Total water intake 100 oz. 
 
Day 24: Friday March 15:Weight: 206.0
 
Breakfast: 1 grapefruit, 24 oz herbal tea.
Lunch: homemade protein burger, 1/2 cup string beans, 1 apple. 
Dinner: 1 homemade protein burger, 1 cup sauerkraut.
Total water intake 80 oz.
 
Day 25: Saturday March 16: Weight: 204.8
 
Breakfast: 1 Date, 24 oz. herbal tea. 
Lunch: 3 baked chicken tenders, 1 apple, 1 banana.
Snack: 1 orange.
Dinner: 2.5 steak kabobs, 1/2 cup strawberries.
Total water intake: 110 oz.
 
Day 26: Sunday March 17: Weight: 204.0
 
I stopped logging my food here since I could begin returning to a normal, though light, diet. 
 
Since stopping, I have lost another seven pounds.
My current weight is 197.2. I haven't been under 200 in at least eight or nine years. It's great and I'd do the diet again in a heartbeat. In fact, unless I can continue dropping weight, I might do it again for another jump start.
