We have been on this product for one week and have lost 8 and 9 pounds. The taste is not bad, and the syringe helps to see how much is in it to accurately measure it. The diet is pretty tough ( but all of them are) get thru the first week and it gets easier. My thought is we are learning portion control and that will last longer than the time we are on this diet.

This is our second round. I was concerned that my results would not be as good. But much to my surprise, I believe they were actually better. I have not stuck to protocol much on this round, but have still lost over 10 lbs without any exercise!! My husband did very well, of course.

I want to join the last couple reviews and give my advice which is that one must stick to the diet plan otherwise full results won't be achieved. My friend and I did the diet together and we both loved it, although it was pretty difficult time to time. The B vitamins definitely help with energy management and to fight fatigue and being tired. Commit to the diet 100% not just 99%.

My advice is to stick with the plan exactly- because it works! I have
lost over 20 pounds in 4 weeks and I am so excited that I tell everyone
how easy it is. Everyone says the same things.. drink lots of water..
and prepare your meals weekly so that you have everything you need for
the week . These are both important and practical tips for success. I
also have found a product with no carbs and no calories that I have each
day.. they are called miracle noodles (shirataki noodles). You can
order them on line. I put them in some fat free chicken broth every day
in the evening. It is a nice warm treat that makes you feel full and
not want to cheat.

Thanks for everything.. I am on track for 30 pounds by the end of 6
weeks and cant wait to start the second cycle.

You thought marriage counseling was hard? :) This diet is pretty strict and unforgiving but it is worth following its rules closely because the results are out of this world! My wife is down 20 pounds and I lost 24 over the 3 week period. We love to be a healthier couple now.

The results are amazing. I followed the diet precisely except I added some olive oil to whatever I was cooking but because I was diligent otherwise it didn't seem to affect the results.
