I have been on the HCG diet twice before, both shots and drops. The first time around I lost 17lbs in 26 days. This was great especially since I have tried various diets and changing my workout routine, but never had any luck losing weight. This diet is so easy! I injured myself and not able to exercise. A friend is also doing the diet and exercises. I lost weight faster than she did!! One important advice though, you need to be committed to follow through or it won't work that well. The HGH product is totally worth it too. I can feel so much more muscle strength.

LOVE THESE DROPS --- I had heard a lot about the HCG diet and drops and decided to give it a try. Following Dr. Simeons manuscript to a T... the very first week I lost 7 pounds. My course lasted a total of 40 days and I am down 34 pounds. For me, this is fabulous. I have been using this product for just a little over 3 weeks and I have lost about 22 pounds. I have had so many people complementing me about how much slimmer I look and it just motivates you even more. It is a hard diet to follow, in fact I have cheated once but as long as you jump back on, the weight loss makes you not want to cheat again. This is the second time I have done the HCG diet but the first time using HCG Amino Plus drops. So far I have lost 28 lbs in 32 days. I imagine I will lose close to 35 lbs by the time my 40 days are up. This time around was easier than the last since I knew what to expect. Unfortunately, after the last time I did the diet, I went back to some old bad habits and put the weight back on over time. This time around I plan to follow the post diet advice more closely and see how it works.

Thrilled with results but nervous that I will gain easily even eating low cal and no carbs. Hope to lose another 20 lbs by eating right and exercise or will do HCG again in 6 weeks I have not discussed this with many because people think it is nutty. Recommended a friend today who was excited about it. I think the 6 week span is very appealing.
