Taco Soup

 

Taco Soup
1 Tablespoon of Taco Seasoning Mix (see recipe)
3.5oz boneless skinless chicken breast (or any protein)
1 cup Chicken Broth Recipe (see recipe)
1 teaspoon dehydrated onion flakes
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
1 Tomato, diced

1. Cut protein portion into bite-sized pieces and cook through.
2. Add diced tomato, onion flakes, parsley, broth, and taco seasoning
and let it simmer about 5 minutes to allow the tomatoes to soften and
the flavors to come together.

Makes 1 serving. Each serving has 147 calories
(1 protein, ½ vegetable)
