Summer Salad

Summer Salad
1 serving of spinach leaves (as many as you’d like!)
3.5oz grilled chicken cut into strips
10 strawberries
1 ½ teaspoon white vinegar
3-4 drops Capella Cinnamon flavored drops
1 serving of grissini or melba toast

1. Blend HALF of your portion of strawberries with 1/8 cup of water
and the Capella Cinnamon drops.
2. Slice the remaining strawberries and place atop the spinach leaves
in a serving bowl.
3. Add the chicken strips and dressing.
3. Crush your breadstick and sprinkle on top.

Makes 1 serving. Each serving has 180 calories
(1 protein, 1 vegetable, 1 fruit, 1 carb)
