Strawberry Holiday Bake
Sweet succulent strawberries highlight this warm holiday dessert
topped with a creamy egg nog finish.

10 medium strawberries, stemmed, hulled, and sliced
1/4 cup water
3 drops Capella Sweet Strawberry flavored drops
4 drops KAL clear stevia drops, or more to taste

Crumb Top:
2 Melba toasts, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon KAL powdered stevia

Sauce:
2 Tablespoons milk
2 or 3 drops Capella Italian Egg Nog flavored drops
3 or more drops KAL clear stevia drops

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. In a small bowl combine the crumbled
Melba and powdered Stevia to make crumb top and set aside.
2. Divide the sliced strawberries between two ramekins or individual
casserole dishes. Stir together the water with the Capella Strawberry
drops and KAL clear stevia drops and pour over the berries. Place on a
cookie sheet, top with the crumbs, and bake until lightly browned and
bubbly, 15 to 18 minutes.
3. Just before serving, combine the milk with the Capella Egg Nog
drops and KAL clear stevia to taste, and pour a spoonful over each
strawberry dish. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Makes two servings. Each serving has 65 calories.
