Spicy White Chili

 
Spicy White Chili
3.5oz cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, shredded
1 to 4 cups of Chicken Broth Recipe (see recipe) depending on how
soupy you want it
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
1 Tablespoon milk
Frank’s hot sauce to taste
2 cups chopped celery

Preheat pot over MED-HI heat. Add all ingredients except for the hot
sauce. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer, cover,& cook 30
mins. Add hot sauce just before serving.

Makes 1 serving. Each serving has 157 calories
