Shrimp and Radish Stir Fry


Shrimp and Radish Stir Fry
3.5oz of pre-cooked shrimp (remove tails to get all the meat you are allowed)
2 cups of radishes, thinly sliced
½ cup basil leafs
1/4 cup Chicken Broth Recipe for sauté (see recipe)
1 Tablespoon Bragg's liquid amino acid
Dash of cayenne pepper (to taste)
1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon of onion powder
Splash of lemon juice
Optional – scallions and sesame seeds

1. Heat chicken broth, and sauté radishes, basil, garlic powder, onion
powder, and cayenne pepper until radishes are tender and
semitransparent
2. Add shrimp and Bragg's liquid amino acid and cook until hot (about
2-3 minutes depending on size of shrimp). Splash a little lemon juice
to give it some zing. Add optional scallions and sesame seeds, if
desired


Makes 1 serving. Each serving has 149 calories
