Shrimp and Cucumber Fry


Shrimp and Cucumber Fry
3.5oz shrimp
Onion Powder to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 garlic cloves, minced
Cilantro, to taste
Dash ground cinnamon
Dash ground turmeric
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
5 drops of Capella Cherry Cola flavored drops
10 drops of Sweetleaf Lemon Drop flavored stevia drops
8 drops of Sweetleaf Vanilla Crème flavored stevia drops
1/4 cup of water as needed
1 medium cucumber
1 serving of melba toast or grissini

1. Mix together the lemon juice, chopped cilantro, Cherry Cola Capella
drops, Lemon stevia drops, and Vanilla Crème stevia drops and set
aside.
2. Sauté shrimp with garlic, turmeric, cinnamon, onion powder, salt,
and pepper, adding water if needed.
3. To the cooked shrimp, add the cucumber and the lemon juice mixture,
stirring to coat the shrimp and cucumber. Salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 1 serving. Each serving has 162 calories
