Honey Garlic Chicken fingers while on the HCG Diet

Ingredients: Cut into strips boneless, skinless chicken breast: 3.5 oz
Dash of Salt
Dash of garlic powder
KAL stevia powder, to taste
Dash of cayenne
Dash of onion powder
1. In a storage bag, crush melba toast into fine crumbs, add spices and stevia.
2. Add the chicken to the bag, seal, and coat chicken well with crumb mixture.
3. Place chicken on a tin foiled cookie sheet and bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes; flipping over halfway through to ensure browning on both sides.
4. Serve with a side of honey mustard dip (ACV, mustard, stevia)
