Dill Asparagus


Dill Asparagus
2 cups asparagus
Dried dill, to taste
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Salt to taste
Garlic powder, optional

1. Boil asparagus for 3-4 minutes, then submerge in ice water to stop
the cooking process.
2. Add dill, salt, lemon juice, and optional garlic powder to
asparagus, according to taste.

Makes 1 serving. Each serving has 60 calories.
(1 vegetable, ½ lemon juice)
