Bison Italiano

3.5oz bison steak
1 clove of garlic, diced or crushed
1 tomato, sliced thin
Salt, to taste
Italian seasoning, to taste

*Bison cooks very fast because it has so much less fat than beef.
1. In a frying pan on medium low heat, add steak, sliced tomatoes,
garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt to taste.
2. Cover to maintain moisture. Cook steak to preference (med-rare is
best) the tomatoes will cook down and create a soupy marinara/sauce.

Makes 1 serving. Each serving has 122 calories
