Asparagus Soup

 
Asparagus Soup
2 cups of chopped asparagus
1 1/2 cups of water
About 10 drops Capella Butter flavored drops
Salt and Pepper to taste

1. Steam asparagus with about 1 1/2 cup of water until asparagus is very tender.
2. Put it in a blender along with the water from steaming and puree
(you might not need to use all of the water if you want a thicker
soup).
3. Add in Capella Butter flavored drops. Salt and pepper to taste.

Makes 1 serving. Each serving has 54 calories.
