I am amazed that I've managed to stay on a 500 calorie diet and not feel at all hungry. I've not often craved the carbs that I thought I would crave. I've dropped from a tight size 12 pants to a very loose size 10. My goal is a size 8! I have already told a few of my friends about this amazing diet. I think they are waiting to see how I make out and more importantly, if this weight will stay off when I move into the next phase. If I wasn't on this diet, I would never have believed the claims. I am a believer now!
