Extra Convincing?!

Posted by

Many people have different opinions about the Amino Acid diet – some believe that it works and others are skeptical that a few drops a day can help someone lose weight. Even more alarming is the information that you only eat 500 calories while on the diet! When people hear you are only eating 500 calories a day for Phase 2 of the diet, they may become even more skeptical of any success.

But the truth is, that in “real life” if you were only to eat 500 calories a day, your body would quickly start shutting down and would go into starvation mode. You would not have energy to do even the simplest of tasks.

And we understand! It isn’t until we saw the results ourselves that we were convinced. So here are the basics:

*While taking the drops, your hunger will decrease and eating 500 calories a day will feel comfortable

*Your metabolism will increase and burn the calories that you do eat

*You will notice that you will have just as much or more energy while on the diet

*The results happen quickly which is an exciting motivator for most people!

Our website offers information about each phase of the diet, recipes for the different phases and we post blog updates with additional information, success stories, tips and tricks, and recipes! Will all that information and support, how can you go wrong?!

We also offer Meal Replacement Shakes. These are a quick healthy alternative to one of your meals. They offer minerals and vitamins and support your success on the diet. We offer 4 flavors, chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and banana – so many delicious choices! Our most popular are the vanilla and chocolate, but the strawberry and banana are great alternatives as well!

We hope that it is beginning to warm up wherever you live – in hopes of spring weather, here is one of our favorite warm weather recipes.
